    Unlimited support during the subscription period

  • This is applicable for all the following purchases:

    •  Autodesk AEC Collections for more than 05 licenses subscribed for 3 years

    •  Fuzor VDC purchase for One or more years

    •  Ideate 05 or more licenses

    •  Any Special Sales Promotion activated by BIMAGE

    It supports the following:

    Email/ Chat / Phone Support for Software Installation for the below related issues:

    •   Software crashing
    •   Service pack & hot fix issues
    •   Licensing inclusive of standalone & multi-user
    •   Graphics driver issues
    •   Bugs & possible workarounds

    Email/Chat/Phone Software Usage support

    This support provides the flexibility for a customer to ask 'how to' questions when there is a lack of knowledge within certain functionality. Support can only be provided (regardless of cover type) on products / functionality that the customer has already received training on.

    Unlimited support will be given during the subscription period

    Onsite visit support

    BIMAGE will provide TWO (2) onsite visits to provide support and clarification on product use.

    Onsite visits is on call basis and not exceeded more than ONE visit per month and doesn’t include product training and implementation support.  1 Onsite visit duration is limited to maximum 4 hours.

  • This is applicable for all purchase of Autodesk AEC collections for more than 10 licenses subscribed for 3 years. This include all items under BIMAGE SupportExclusive™,  and 08 onsite visits* ( adding 2 onsite visits from BIMAGE SupportExclusive™ customer can enjoy Total 10 onsite visits ) to provide support and clarification on product use.

    * onsite visits over 3 years and is on call basis and not exceeded more than TWO visits per month and doesn’t include product trainings and implementation support.  One Onsite visit duration is limited to maximum 4 hours.

  • Onsite Support per visit : SGD 450 per visit
